I run disentegrate and since i have such high DPS I rarely run out of AP, so I run LoH because I'm running the melee version of disentegrate. If you are running out of AP often then resource cost reduction is good. Movement speed until you hit 25% and then int. However, if you find that you are dying occasionally because you get bursted down really quick then life % might save you in these situations. If you have tons healing I would prefer all resist over life % because you each HP you heal is worth more.
